Cable Pull, Rotate, Press

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Describing motion pulling then pressing from left to right:
– Position cable slightly above or level with your left shoulder
– Stand square to the direction of cable travel
– Hold handle with both hands (but right over left)
– Pull handle and cable towards the midline then release with right hand
– Push handle and cable away (continuing on a straight line) and pivot hips so they finish to be square with the direction of the cable travel
– Elbow is locked out at finish position
– Return to start position with control, placing right hand back on cable at midline.
