FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

– Set a cable pulley to it’s highest attachment.

– Grasp the cable rope attachment and kneel down about 2 feet away from the pulley.

– Hold the cable attachment just above your head with your arms slightly bent.

– With your hips stationary, contract your abs so your elbows travel towards the middle of your thighs. Think about bringing your elbows down to your pockets.

– Slowly return to the starting position.

– Repeat for the prescribed amount of repetitions.
