FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

TRACEABLE by Jennifer Sharpe
TRACEABLE is a documentary set against the backdrop of the fast-fashion industry and our increasing disconnect of where and how clothing is made, and the hands that create a garment. Interviews with traceability experts, intercut with emerging designer Laura Siegel’s journey across India to produce her collection, the film explores our connection to the communities impacted by the products we consume. Traceable had its world premiere at the Raindance Film Festival in London, UK, and was distributed by Pivot TV in the USA; and by Bell Media (MTV Canada, Bravo, E!) in Canada.

Hailing from the indie film scene in Canada, Jennifer Sharpe is a filmmaker who looks to shed light on our shared human experiences and create content with purpose. To support her love of documentary filmmaking, Jennifer directs and produces a wide range of video and photo content that has taken her to far-away corners of the globe. She is best known for coming in under-budget. Jennifer currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
