BTA Cares – Returning to Work

As the industry ground to a halt and the number of employees plummeted, many faced furlough & then subsequent redundancy, having to reconsider their future & look for alternative employment. Fast forward to today, the industry is bouncing back and that workforce are being asked to return.

Is it an easy decision to come back to travel? What impact has that period of absence had on those employees? Has the industry had to change and if so, does the change make travel a more attractive career choice?
