As a consultant he was able to share his knowledge and expertise inspiran individuals and organizations to Think differently through his keynote talks on a wide range of topes including Business & Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Branding Management and Innovation.

He participated with different presentations. such as:

2. Participated in a Panel of experts to discuss and collaborate on several global topics with specific relevance to both US and KOREA.

3. Selected to be one of the international judges of this panel.

The unexpected arrival of the coronavirus resulted in startups experiencing a drop in consumer demand. However, many companies and organizations have promoted new changes to adapt to the unfortunate circumstances.

Mr. Mitroff, conveyed the positive side effects of the pandemic, like the increased use of telecommunication, virtual meetings and how this changed the way of connecting and communicating with clients. In addition, some restrictions turned out to be an advantage due to the reduction of costs and time. For example, Mr. Mitroff explained how he increased his work efficiency simply by not having to travel anymore, since this opened up his schedule, giving him more hours to work and availability to meet with key customers and to find more clients.
