Barmah National Park – Bushwalking Victoria

Not technically a walk here but more of a drive. Well a hectic drive in parts, there was no shortage of moisture about after heavy Spring rains. I’d like to thank Maxxis Razr ATs for their manly knobs and Ash for getting his hands dirty (with no tools) which got us through the worst of it.

Without doubt the highlights of Barmah National Park are its sandbanks along the Murray, bulbous Redgum burls (woodworkers be gone), emu’s and wild brumbies. Well worth a pitch of the tent one night if you can find a quiet bend in the Murray river.
