Like many other countries around the world, Myanmar produces alcohol. The most popular ingredient here is palm. To produce this alcohol, the sap of the palm must be collected by making incisions in it and cutting the ends of the flowers at the top of the tree. This is what makes the sporty side of this production. For the rest, the development of palm alcohol is relatively simple. Spontaneous fermentation greatly facilitates the process, and a quick distillation in makeshift stills does the rest.
