About Us –
Black Book is the world’s first all in one app that combines personal and business travel in to the one experience. Thoughtfully designed, sophisticated in approach, the app combines the very best of what life has to offer no matter where you are in the world. Launching in Q4 2021, the demographic for Black Book members is discerning travellers in professional occupations aged between 25-45.

Opportunities-
Black Book represents opportunities for Supply Partners from both the perspective of business and leisure travellers.

For business, Black Book will support Hotels‘ corporate commissionable; corporate nett and company specific negotiated commissionable or nett rates that will be settled in a post-pay; pre-pay or charge back environment. Hotel contracts will be sourced directly by Black Book’s procurement team and complemented with third party supply and NDC distribution. Black Book for business will also feature a comprehensive expense management platform to eradicate laborious travel management spend reconciliation.

For Black Book leisure travellers, we will present a curated portfolio of accommodation and experiences that are designed for the high-value customer – ideally surpassing the Black Book minimum standard.

We will be contracting directly with select Supply partners to secure nett Static wholesale rates with base allotment complemented with Dynamic rates – fully manageable via major accommodation and experience channel managers – including SiteMinder and Rezdy. We will also work with Bedbank partners to support delivery of a comprehensive, creative and competitive range of high-end accommodation choices for Black Book members globally.

Merchandising Opportunities for Supply Partners, STO’s and RTO’s –
Compelling editorials will feature through a calendar of Destination marketing campaigns in conjunction with our State and Regional Tourism organisation partners. Curated accommodation and experiential packages will be at the forefront of these campaigns.
