She is delightfully Scottish and worked in Asia before landing in Africa, a country she loves. She was way ahead of her time, as sustainability was her passion over a decade ago, a passion that followed her to Africa where she has instituted programs to preserve the local wildlife.

One&Only is a haven of absolute luxury and the property includes a private spa island and a Nobu restaurant, as well as an unprecedented level of service. Sustainability has been part of her ambitions and drive for many years, as had leading luxury hotels.
