After an unusually cold and snowy winter, it had good company that warm and beautiful spring with Ruby & The Romantics, The Chiffons, Little Peggy March, Jimmy Soul, Lesley Gore, and Kyu Sakamoto all reaching the coveted top slot on either the Billboard Hot 100, Cash Box, or both.
