An offering to the lands of Oregon & Northern California

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

As we traveled through the many incredible and ancient sites of Northern California and Southern Oregon, it was hard to not be in awe of the beauty, power and sacredness of many of these places.

As we travel, we like to spend time at each place to connect with the elements, offer prayers and give our respects to the spirits of these lands, the plants, rocks, animals, the earth and waters.

This is our little homage to the Redwoods of Northern California, National Creek Falls, Koosah Falls, Oregon Sand Dunes, Newbury National Volcanic Monument and Boyd Cave.

The little package Rhea buries in the sand at the end is called a Despacho and is a prayer bundle, a blessing ritual of gratitude and a request to restore balance and harmony where needed. It originates from the Q’ero tribe of the Andes in Peru. We are both long term students of this tradition, where working with our teacher and good friend Rajinder Singh, has been a beautiful and profound way in helping us understand the deeper mysteries of ourselves and this universe.
