I was given a unique opportunity to travel around the United States while I finished my degree. It was hectic trying to balance work, school, and fishing but somehow I was able to do it and I will be forever thankful for that opportunity. Talking with people from all over really showed me we aren’t that different. We are all individuals that collectively make and keep the experiment in self-governance that started in 1781; and again in 1787 with America II.
