Welcome to Pastel Tapas! Racing with the sun, my sister, Karen, and I finally made it to the beach to witness this amazing Oregon Coast Sunset. This pastel demonstration is the result of an awe-inspiring, fleeting event, and I am delighted to be able to share that experience with you, from the glory of the radiant light, all the way through to those final pastel marks placed just so. This is just one reason why I love pastel painting; it gives me the opportunity to relive times such as these, and to freeze that special moment in time. I carefully chose background music that I felt captured the mood, and knitting together the time-lapse demo with photos and video, put together this presentation of art and travel, with hopes that you will enjoy this stunning Seaside Sunset, just as I did.
