FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

Very nervous and just in case my pronunciation gets you confused, here is the written answer for this application:

About what I’m curious about?
I’m always interested at the consumer product field and curious about people’s lifestyle, which tells not only the current needs but also their perception and expectation which prompt the future evolution; And I’m also curious about the competition and the trend in the market, which inform the transformation of a brand and the new approach to take, to compete and succeed.

Then about the future of Health and Wellness
The insights actually come from my graduation project in 3 years ago, based on my market trend analysis and user-centred design research. You can find the demonstration in my portfolio.
I suppose, the overall trend will be like, because many people are currently getting more aware of their own health and wellness, their attention and needs will extend from treatments on disease to the intangible comfort and daily maintenance, they prepare before a problem happens; And in the future, because of the increasing shortage of medical workers/resources, and the diversifying user needs, business-to-consumer service will be an important alternative access for the public to acquire healthcare support. Such service has four features.
Firstly, you can acquire some regular medical care remotely, and wearable devices and digital health tracking devices, like iWatch, will become important touchpoint of data importing for producing professional guidance, apart from your GP.
Then, artificial intelligence and personal data about your medical history and lifestyle will be fully integrated into customised healthcare service. Right now, many professional advices have to be given from your GP, but they won’t know every detail in your life, and identify and alarm every risk around you 24-7, but business-to-customer service can plug in the slot.
Thirdly, automatic wellness care management will be on the vogue, it can be based on AI and user data, automatically control the devices around you, like household air and heating system, dynamically responding to your physiologic changes.
The last one is sentimental and intuitive interaction and feedback design, it ensures the accessibility across the gap of medical knowledge and gives users a more pleasant experience.

Then about the brand I would like to work with
I think Amazon will be the one, they have a well-developed framework for household scenarios, from physical touchpoint like Echo, to stream service, it has a huge potential and I look forward to how it will evolve and how design and research will lead this evolution.

Regarding promoting diversity
I’m gay, I’m a part of the diversity, so I will be able to tell and assess the efforts for promoting diversity and inclusion in workplace. You will receive the opinion from the minorities.

Then the new key trend for 2023?
Like, in 2021 and 2022, people, industry and the economics have been traumatised by COVID, we have been living with despair and depression, this is where the optimistic consumption and lifestyle will be frustrated. So, I suppose, in 2023, ‘soothing’ (or mental self-care) will be a key trend, people will be seeking for sentimental and relieving experience, they will particularly be caring/aware about how they feel in the inside from each product, advertisement, each choice, from each service or travel or wellness care experience. It is pretty much the same thing people look for mental therapists for help, or sharing memes together making fun on traumas, to soothe their traumatised inside and so then we will be able to move on.
