Bishop Baraga Shrine-Baraga County Michigan 4k

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

The Bishop Baraga Shrine is named after Irenaeus Frederic Baraga (June 29, 1797 – January 19, 1868). The Shrine is located in L`Anse, Michigan on the west side of Highway 41. Baraga County is my favorite home location when I travel to the Upper Peninsula and I always look at the shrine overlooking the red cliffs. The Shrine is quite an amazing site during the day and even at night as the shrine is illuminated. Upkeep of the beautiful landscape and buildings is through volunteers and donations.
Floral: French Rose, Blue Ginger or Lupine, Wisteria or Lupine, Japanese Meadowsweet, Scarlet Beebalm and a Day Lily.
A special thanks to my friend Nancy, a local resident.
