The ARK is an Online Group Challenge working towards Safety and Performance. By measuring & developing your teams sense of Psychological safety. Google’s Aristotle study named psychological safety the key building block for great & performative teams.

On a team level the ARK reveals how well your team makes use of its potential. The ARK shows your team’s psychological safety score as well as everyone’s contribution to it. As a team you’ll name power sources and energy drainers from every teammate’s point of view

On an individual level you learn about your contribution to the sources and the magnitude of tensions within the team. You’ll train your social sensitivity by gaining awareness of how others perceive your influence on team dynamics. And you’ll give & receive anonymous feedback on how to work towards a more psychologically safe team.
