Augur Falls is a park and access point for the Snake River downstream of the Perrine Bridge.
The waterfalls visible in several of these videos are the outlets for coulees, channels of water pumped from the river East of town, distributed to various farms and ranches, then returned to the Snake river via these waterfalls.
