Настоящее исследование культурного феномена из Бельгии: как одна небольшая страна на севере Европы, поверив в себя, на короткое десятилетие превратились в законодателей мод. Он о том, как в конце 80-х Бельгия неожиданно для себя стала эдакой северной Ибицей, куда приезжала оттянуться вся клубная молодежь из соседних Нидерландов, Франции, Германии и Британии. Он о том, как бельгийские музыканты породили нью бит сумасшествие, а оно в свою очередь подняло выразительную волну бельгийского хардкора, который предшественником британского в начале девяностых.
